I had an extremely inflamed tendon (long head of my right bicep) which did not respond to rest or other “at home” remedies. It presented at shoulder pain, which was severe enough to wake me up several times each night. This has been resolved by the professionals at Back in Balance through therapeutic massage, ultrasound, acupuncture and red light therapy. While it took a bit of time to fully resolve, it didn’t take long to calm the tendon down enough to allow a good night’s rest. I am so grateful for ability to accurately diagnose the issue and apply the appropriate treatment which has allowed me to resume my normal activities and work out schedule.
