The environment at Elements is immediately relaxing, the reception is courteous, and the therapists are fantastic. I've had several massages with a few different therapists here. All of them are professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen to what I want from the massage, whether it's relaxation, working sore muscles, or stress relief. I've also enjoyed a few facials, and they are amazing! I highly recommend Elements.

Suzanne did a wonderful massage with stones that just left me super relaxed and peaceful. Not only she is a knowledgeable masseuse, she’s also very kind and keen to identify muscles in pain and how to free tension in them. Highly recommended. I can’t wait to go on my next appointment.
