This is the second time over the years I have used the Element's services for my needs involving back problems. Both times I have found, first, the office staff to be most professional and respectful, helping explain the process very well and patiently. Second, the person helping with the massage has been most kind and helpful and highly professional and attentive to needs, which in my case basically serves as therapy for chronic back problems affecting mobility. I have now had several monthly sessions with Omari and plan to have more. I am extremely grateful for and satisfied with his assistance. He became familiar with my back problems from the beginning carefully and attentively, always remembering what needed to be done, and each time has been better than the last. He is mindful of adjusting and flexibly improving the process to heal other problem spots on the back. My back and mobility is significantly better thanks to him. I can see it is improving each time. He is empathetic, kind, and generous with his attention and caring. You will not go wrong seeking Omari's assistance with your needs. Melissa's facials at Elements/Signal Butte are simply wonderful. The lemon cleanser and pumpkin masque are to die for. She is extremely talented at facial massage and extends the therapy massage to arms, hands and upper chest. I received a whole hour of this complete facial treatment. Melissa is on time and cheerful. The desk person is always friendly as well. Melissa and office help are quick to answer any questions. I was interested in the retinol for wrinkles and vitamin C serum for facial age spots and Melissa knew the concentrations and benefits well. The tightening serum at the end makes my face feel clean and younger looking.
