This was my first time at Elements Massage. I was welcomed warmly by the front desk staff as soon as I walked in. I waited probably for 5 mins and my therapist, Poppy came to receive me. I had a wonderful experience with Poppy. She asked the problem areas that needed work and how much pressure I was comfortable with. The pressure was just right and she effectively targeted the problem areas. The room was calm and warm. I left feeling completely relaxed and relieved of my tension. Highly recommend!
Very professional and skilled staff
My wife and I had a couples massage, and it was the Best Massage I ever had and my wife said Her's was great as well. The Therapist were caring and professional and made us both feel comfortable. We will be back and recommend them for all your massage therapy needs!

I had such a relaxing experience with Maki! She is a fantastic masseuse and was incredibly attentive, professional, and really took the time to work on the areas that needed it most. All of the stress and tension in my back has been released, and I feel so much better. She did an amazing job, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I was immediately greeted when I walked in, checked in, and a was given a quick tour. The receptionist was very engaging. My massage therapist was great! He covered the back, neck, and shoulder area (which was the reason I was there) and was very professional. Overall I was very impressed and will definitely go back!!

Very nice office staff, excellent massage therapists.
Peyton was a life saver. I came in with excruciating back pain from what I assumed was a pinched nerve. She gave me by far the best back massage that I have ever had. She listened to my concerns listened to what was wrong and did everything in her power to help alleviate my pain. I left feeling 100 times better than when I came in. I will absolutely be back to visit Peyton again in the future and will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Excellent therapist Ana, trained very well. She was a master therapist, didn’t find out you pay a higher rate for her until we got there, but it was worth it. Should put it on the website. Also didn’t care for them telling me how much to tip, that should be my discretion, but again she was excellent. Facility was clean.

The massage at Elements was wonderful!
The space is calming and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My massages with Frederick have been excellent and very therapeutic. He is experienced and listens to my concerns. He has resolved every problem I have brought up including pain in my knees, a very tight shoulder causing numbness in my hand, and a sore hip. It's quiet and comfortable in the treatment rooms. I leave feeling relaxed and well cared for. I have never had anything less than excellent customer service.
