Convenience with Evening hours. Friendly staff.
The staff was kind and welcoming and the massage therapist gave and incredible deep tissue massage and really focused on areas that needed more attention.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. My massage therapist really listened to me and focused on my problem areas. After the session she even took extra time to bring me back into the room and show me some stretches that have been helpful in reducing some tension in my problem spots.

Everyone is very skilled and nice.
My only complaint is they never answer the phone, you have to call back several times to get a hold of anyone. Which is strange considering they have three people sitting up front.
Jennifer was amazing at personalizing my facial based on how my skin was looking. She recommended a couple products that lead me to buy my first 2 products from you guys! She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and kind! The night perso. at the front desk on 3/5/26 was very nice and helpful as well.

Every therapist I have had in the past 3 years were exceptional. Customer service is always great also. I would recommend Elements massage in Bedford to anyone. Sadie is my therapist now and I couldn’t ask for a better massage therapist. She is awesome.

Everything about my experience from scheduling to check-in to getting my massage and checking out was lovely! Staff was helpful and friendly in describing what to expect as my first time there, as well as the details for becoming a member (to save money!). Clayton, my massage therapist, especially was kind and I never felt more heard about my chronic muscle tightness in specific areas and really trying to hone in what is causing them. I was worried about coming to a larger chain company because sometimes the quality of the overall experience can get lost, but I truly felt like everyone made me feel part of a community that listens and is genuinely concerned about my well-being like a close friend. I'm excited to come back in just a few weeks!
