Everything that matters: friendly staff who acknowledged my reservation as soon as I came in. Craig, my masseuse, always asks how I am doing and if there are any areas to focus on or avoid. The entire facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. A visit is always the highlight of my day!
I love this spa!!! The whole experience is soothing and relaxing. The rooms are dimmed and there are so many personal touches. It almost feels like when you walk through the door to the rooms, you are in another place altogether. What a wonderful place !!!

I got a massage appointment on a day’s notice. The massage therapist listened to me and provided the requested massage. The cost was reasonable. Everyone was friendly and kind.
John was very knowledgeable and let me know how to improve my tight areas with easy stretches to do.

The spa is clean and calm. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff extremely helpful and nice to work with.

I've been happy at Elements. It was a bit of a process to find my perfect therapist, but they made it easy and made several good recommendations. I like the text reminders as well.

My masseur always asks what I would like him to focus on and he does and then he applies his knowledge and energy to what he senses to be most beneficial. No two massages have ever been the same and they are always healing, relaxing and restorative. He is simply the best!

Derek was great and front desk was helpful. Reasonably prices but the music could’ve been quieter. The massage should also be longer than 50 minutes but a full hour if that is what’s is advertised
I enjoyed being asked during my massage if the pressure was good or I wanted her to use more pressure. I appreciated being asked during it because I really didn’t know what to expect when I picked the level I wanted

The ease of making appointments, the personnel are fantastic and the massage rooms are always clean and relaxing. The massage itself is always as requested, fulfills my health needs and is well worth the price. Better than a meal or a new pair of jeans!!
