Personal attention, both at the front reception and in the therapeutic session. Quality, "hands-on" targeted massage to ease stress areas of my concern. I appreciate the listening approach of the therapist (Samm!), and the chance to have my massage My Way! I can choose depth level of muscle management and ease. I love my monthly massages with Elements and look forward to them.
