The Massage I experienced was excellent. He managed to target all the areas of tension and pain in the muscle groups in my shoulders and back and eliminate that tension, so my muscles relaxed and had a greater range of motion and flexiblity at the conclusion of the session.

I wasn't able to see my normal massage therapist due to a time mix-up, but the staff at the Elm Grove was able to set me up with Kathryn. She was excellent and met my needs. Now I know I have back-up when I can't see Beth.

My massage therapist is Ingrid she is wonderful . She listened to what I needed and explained everything before she did it . I left feeling so much better and happy to say I have had no headache since she worked on my upper back and neck . She is an amazing sweet soul ! The Bryan location is always so clean and all of the staff is wonderful.

Great prices and even better masseuses. Getting a massage shouldn’t feel like a special occasion or luxury service all the time. Elements Massage makes getting some relief and self care accessible to the average person without skimping on quality! My girl Aquilah is the best! Not only are her hands magic, she genuinely cares and the few times I have seen her, she remembers little things we talked about. She is so talented and passionate about her craft and it shows in the way she makes sure takes are of you!

I had such a wonderful experience! The lobby was very peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. They even had water and chocolate available. The check-in process was also quick and easy.
The massage itself was amazing! The therapist I had was very experienced with prenatal massage. She listened to my requests and made sure to focus on the areas I specifically mentioned, especially my shoulders and neck, which were extremely tight. I really appreciated how attentive she was and how she tailored the massage to what I needed.
My only complaint is that the hour went by WAY too fast! But obviously that’s not their fault, they don’t control how quickly time flies! Lol. It was honestly amazing from start to finish and I enjoyed every second of it.
Next time I definitely think I’ll be booking more than an hour because it just wasn’t long enough! I would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back.
