The environment is warm, welcoming and relaxing. I have not encountered a single therapist that is not phenomenal. The front desk is great too.
I have never had a bad experience with any of the therapists I have used there. Jeremy was the most recent one and he was great!! Even put up with my snoring when I got so relaxed, I was falling asleep, lol. He paid close attention to my trouble spots and gave me some advice for stretching my neck.

I have had horrible lower back pain since I gave birth in 2023 but came in on 01/24 for shoulder and neck pain. Marie did such a great job with the deep tissue massage. As she was massaging my lower back, I felt the muscle tighten and lock up following the upward movement of her hand. Once she let go, it felt as if the muscle released all tension. My lower back has been feeling great since then.
Facility is great and people are friendly, feels relaxing. Both massage therapists I've been to have been engaging and attentive to my needs, tailoring the treatment to the specific issues I have with my body. They were both also provided instructions for things I could do to help improve my condition (stretches).
The staff were friendly. Dilyla has a gift in targeting pain points. I would go back again.
My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and I had 90 minutes of uninterrupted time to focus on myself!

Nancy the therapist was very knowledgeable and kind. She gave a great medium pressure massage. Although I was a little sore the next day, I know she worked out a lot of my knots and stress. The receptionist was also very welcoming and kind. Thank you

I like that I was able to found an available appointment and Amanda was able to treat me properly during my post exercise competition event. I had to recommend her a masseuse and she has clear command of the field and understands everything’s in a professional , to include anatomy and physiology as well as health promotion.
