Flexibility and I have been going to Cara for years.
Erin remembers what areas need extra attention. She remembers what areas I need her to be careful if during the massage. I can let her kniw if pressure is too much. She is very good.

I have been going to Elements for years. From the front desk staff to the therapists I always had great service. Kit has been great. I have multiple autoimmune issues that has really messed with my system and he has been great understanding what I need to manage my chronic pain.

Excellent massage friendly calm atmosphere.
Front desk was quick to greet me, and my person (Halo) met me in the lobby. This was my first massage ever. She took my intake sheet whwn I wasnt sure where to put it or who to give it to and she just made me feel very welcome. We got started and she asked for consent for everything. Halo knows what she is doing lol. Trigger points are her specialty and she put her skills on display. I was loosey goosey by the end and it was so wonderful!
Ken is excellent at his work. He responded directly to every issue that I presented, explaining what he was next going to do at every stage.
He is an excellent educator. I learned a lot about my body and its care.
I would very much like to continue to work with Ken.
