The staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait very long in the waiting area before I was called back to my appointment. The massage therapist went over any health concerns and talked with me about where my trouble areas were and she actually spent the entirety of the appointment working on those areas. I carry a lot of tension in my upper back, neck, and shoulders, and every other therapist I’ve tried before Elements Massage always went into a full body massage when I needed more relief from my problem areas. Marissa was wonderful and I’m looking forward to booking my next appointment soon. I also suggested to my husband to book in the near future since he deals with aches and pains as a blue collar worker.
I don't regularly get massages, but now I will definitely consider it! Laura did my deep tissue massage. She was thorough in her questions for me, and thorough in her delivery of a great therapeutic massage. I feel much better, and highly recommend this to anyone who experiences tension and/or knots in their muscles.
