I like that there are a variety of masseuses and I have found two good ones for me. I have been able to get a session when I wanted and they listened to my needs--not too deep there--there it is fine. I am surprised how much I need the massage. After my last one I was done for the day- a relaxed noodle. I need to come more often.

I had a Christmas gift card from Elements Massage, I just used yesterday and the service was very good, professional and makes me feel so good I never think that I can go do 1 hour massage. Believe me was very good!

I have always enjoyed my massage at Elements massage as I had the same therapist the past 2 years, but she is no longer at the business. I had a new therapist and was a bit uncomfortable with his techniques and would not schedule another massage with him and will request a different therapist.
I do think it should be standard practice for your therapists to verbally ask the client about their comfort level with area's that are OK to massage and what is not, when it is a new client.
Love the friendly desk staff. Keep being relatable and customer focused. In the past I have felt like I was the 3rd wheel in a clicke between the front desk staff. My last visit I had their focus and did not feel like I was interrupting their conversation.
