I saw many different therapists as a member of Elements. Each had their own style, and all were responsive to my feedback. I came to Elements seeking relief from existing back and hip issues, and it was by working with mutiple therapists that I was able to discover strategies that were most successful for me.
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful & cheerfully accommodated my uncertain schedule that required me to change appointment times fairly often.
Membership makes the pricing very competitive.
The facilities are clean and the soundtracks also contribute to the sense of ease & and comfort that allowed me to leave worldly cares behind for at least an hour. :-)

My massage therapist, Lydia, is excellent. Scheduling is simple, their prices are competitive, and I love the monthly membership. Having a massage scheduled every month keeps me from falling off with my self-care, which is essential due to my pre-existing conditions. The front desk staff is also great, and it’s a very soothing environment. I’d highly recommend Elements in Concord.

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help with appointments. Janos is great and listens to what your issues are and then works on making them better. He constantly offers advice to help.

After a month of back and left side pain and after one massage with James the next day no pain! I felt so much better. James was very attentive, explained every twist and turn with reason. At the end of the session he had written up some things to do to help at home. I'm going back in two weeks.

Warm bed, very nice therapist

The massage I received was amazing. Sam found every spot that needed help and I walked out feeling like a new person. It was a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until I left.

The front desk personnel are great, friendly, upbeat, kind, and efficient. I am a returning customer because of the excellence of Massage Therapist Matthew A. He is intuitive and has studied and practiced his way to being someone capable of the best massage I’ve experienced. He listens to me and reads my body, and this allows me to function without pain for long periods. He has helped me through a frozen shoulder, bruised ribs from more than one fall, a torn rotator cuff, a hip replacement and more. Thank you, Matthew A and Elements.

The front staff are always super friendly and courteous. This was my second time getting a massage from Keira and she’s absolutely amazing! I usually don’t relax as much as I have been with her, so much that I even start to doze off and I don’t want to move anything. Before the massage she always asks if there are any areas I want her to focus on and after she gives advice on things I can do to help with muscle relaxation and recovery. 10/10 for the staff and massage therapists, but I took 1 star and only gave a 9 because you increased your membership prices by TEN dollars a month so now a 60 minute massage costs $90 and I was disappointed that long time customers weren’t grandfathered in and that was just the price for new customers going forward, but that you are increasing the prices again for everyone so not sure how much longer I will keep my membership with you.

Love having my monthly massages. They always make me feel comfortable and ask questions throughout the massage to ensure that my needs are being met.

The new location is lovely, and as always, the massage experience was just what I needed.

I asked for a firm massage and I got it! The staff and lobby are so peaceful. Rooms and facilities are relaxing and clean.
