Minh did a wonderful job with my massage.
It is quite presumptuous that the receptionist tells me how much I should tip - very loudly as well. This is very inappropriate and rude. The customer has to decide that and I don't need any suggestions from your receptionist.
I notice any other time, she wasn't talking very loudly, only when customers are settling their bill and yelling out the tip customers should give.
Alex is a wonderful and personable masseuse who is responsive and respectful. I also appreciate Alex’s suggestions for potential stretches that can help to keep my muscles relaxed.

I always enjoy the reception staff and in particular the massage therapist, with whom is professional and cares about my experience. My favorite thing is that you don't lose credits while traveling and can bundle those credits towards facial or longer massage sessions.
