I enjoy the small quiet and soothing atmosphere of Elements. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the facility is very clean and uncluttered.
My masseuse was Jess and she was terrific. I have become a member and will be coming in once a month.

Audrey was very helpful in finding my trouble spots and working them out. There were times when her methods were on the verge of painful, but I knew that it was what my neck and back needed. I had the most beautiful bruises as a result but I could now move my neck, turn my head and relax my upper back and shoulders. If I lived in Allen I would have a regular monthly membership. As I don't live in Allen I am considering contacting the Elements Massage studio that is not too far from where I live in Maryland. I highly recommend the Elements Massage in Allen and therapist Audrey B.

Angelina was absolutely amazing, she listened to my concerns, took time to thoroughly look at my skin before treating it and then made sure I was educated on how to move forward to reach my goals in skincare...it was also so relaxing and felt amazing. I had no hesitation when they asked if I wanted to rebook.

My technician had good strong hands and really worked on my back and shoulders. I left feeling relaxed and pampered.
