The therapist are knowledgeable and they often ask questions and they listen to their clients. With my last therapist, Lizette, she never waste a minute of my hour session. With other therapist, sometimes 5-10 minutes disappear from my session making my 1 hour turned into 50-minute session. Not with Lizette. I like the friendly staff members in person and on the phone.
The entire staff at Andover Elements is just the best. The most welcoming, professional and accommodating front desk staff and wonderfully skilled massage therapists. Lindsey is the best massage therapist I’ve ever met in 25 years of spa experiences.
My massage therapist was very attentive to where I said I was sore and adjusted pressure for those areas. He continued to check through out how I was doing and how the pressure was.
Jacob was an amazing therapist!! He was able to alleviate the long term tension and pain that I have been having in my neck. The rest of the team at this location were so warm, welcoming and helpful! I will definitely be back again soon!!

The space is tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist was very professional, warm, and welcoming. The massage room was inviting and relaxing. My massage therapist asked thoughtful questions, and paid attention to areas of concern.
Employees in reception area are very friendly. All massage therapists I have encountered have been professional and listened to what my needs were at each visit.

It's easy to schedule an appointment as I receive emails of day and time availability. My therapist was excellent and really helped with my recovery from neck and shoulder problems. I've had some issues over the past few months and I was able to get some relief.

The desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is clean and calming. Deja (my massage therapist) was patient, knowledgeable, and customer-centric. My deep tissue massage was simultaneously invigorating and relaxing! I’m so glad I came!

You have amazing staff. Always have a minor pain when i come in. Your staff welcomes you as if they were your neighbor. .then yi get the MOST relaxing massage. Exit you staff has your future appointments all taken care of.

Miche is such an amazing massage therapist. She is so intuitive, and so strong. Yet she also provides a deep sense of peace and relaxation. The front desk staff is always so pleasant. The massage rooms and dark and quiet with beautiful relaxing music.
Larry tailored the massage specifically to what I needed. Nothing was generic about the experience. I felt safe, heard and cared for. And my body responded to the treatment very well.
