We haven't had our rugs cleaned in about 3 years. The few stains that were there are not compete gonna, but look better. From the phone call to the man doing the job, very professional and very nice.

Technician (Pete) showed up on time with promised call ahead. Came in, assessed the situation and process and got right to it. Pete was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable - a pleasure to work with. You've got a real ambassador for your business and product in Pete. I especially appreciated how he kept the hoses along the baseboards and out of the traffic areas, even though it was not necessary in my case as I was the only one home. Pete discussed the different products and services that Zerorez offers, many of which I was not aware of. While I didn't expand the work order for the day, I appreciated him pointing these services out so I know where to go next time. Please assign Pete to my next work order. Thank you!
