They did a great job since the carpets hadn't ever been professionally cleaned before. Got a lot of the stains up that I had tried to get with a home carpet cleaner. I will call them again for services.

I was initially unhappy with some area rugs that were taken off site and returned with u even markings. However they were very professional came back to get the rugs re-cleaned and raked them and returned them to my house -they look fabulous and I'm very satisfied

We have 2 young kids and 2 large dogs and most of the troubled areas looked great after and still do 2 weeks later. One of the worst ares was where my 2 year old spilt dark purple nail polish on our speckled off white carpet. We had basically covered it up thinking it wasn't ever coming out. The results were amazing! There is now only a light/faint shade of violet, but you'd never know if you didn't see it before. And it was treated and cleaned without any request or prompting from us. We will definitely be using you again in 9-12 months and have already referred others.

Simple and clean!!!

Professionalism. The technician Peter was great on calling ahead, being there when he said he thought he'd be, and spending time to explain the process. The van was clearly marked and appealing. Peter was clean cut and wearing a uniform. This started the meeting off on the right foot. Very pleased!
