EVERYTHING! I like that it isn't one of those buffer systems. The equipment looks like it sucks the dirt out and boy did it ever! I had some bad pet stains and with the special treatment along with the cleaning my carpets seriously look brand new!!!!! The quality and courtesy was like no other and just made me feel so much better about life in general. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets (Pete I think) was so knowledgable and took time to listen to my concerns and make professional recommendations. I'll never use any other company!
