He even demonstreted on a small patch of carpet and only when I was happy with the resutls . He proceeded with the work reuest. Zerorez sent out another tech to redo my living room since there was some spots that didn’t come up. I am glad that they took their time and went over it slowly and it all coming up. We have used them before and will continue to use there every few months!
