Chemical free cleaning; faster dry time - carpets were cleaned around noon and completely dry by the time I got home from work (with ceiling fans running); professional technician to do the work

The Technician was outstanding. Knew what he was doing, very customer oriented.
My only observation is that the special treatment for animal odor did not work as well as expected. The smell is still present 2 days after the work. It may not be treatable, don't know.
