This was my first experience with Zerorez and I was very pleased. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and very skilled in the whole process. My 18 year old carpet was restored and looks great!! When they finished at my house they went around the corner to give my parents an estimate on area rugs. My Dad, who is a retired commercial carpet salesman, was so impressed with the Zerorez cleaning process that he asked them to do the job. Even though it was the end of the day, the technicians got their equipment and did the rugs!! It's rare to find a company and it's employees with that level of customer service. My parents and I are very happy with Zerorez and will be recommending them!

The technician who cleaned our carpets was professional and courteous. The carpets looked nearly new after the cleaning. There were a few pet stains that we were unsure if they would come out - they are now barely discernible.
