Technician (Pete) showed up on time with promised call ahead. Came in, assessed the situation and process and got right to it. Pete was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable - a pleasure to work with. You've got a real ambassador for your business and product in Pete. I especially appreciated how he kept the hoses along the baseboards and out of the traffic areas, even though it was not necessary in my case as I was the only one home. Pete discussed the different products and services that Zerorez offers, many of which I was not aware of. While I didn't expand the work order for the day, I appreciated him pointing these services out so I know where to go next time. Please assign Pete to my next work order. Thank you!
