This was my first experience with Zerorez and it couldn't have been better! I had done mopping and home steam cleaning before with poor results. Conventional commercial steam cleaning firms fared little better than my own efforts. At age 53 I have experienced a lifetime of firms overpromising and underdelivering on their products and services, so my expectation for Zerorez was a very tempered optimism. Chris and Jason called as promised on the way to my house and arrived promptly within the time frame I had been given. They introduced themselves and listened attentively as I told them what I hoped they could do with my flooring needs. I knew I was off to a surprisingly good start based on how they listened and put a plan to accomplish my wishes into action. Things only got better from there! These guys busted their tails cleaning every room as requested, never skimping on effort or result. They even took the initiative to retouch a few areas with a second pass where I or they weren't satisfied with the first cleaning result. They took their cleaning tools into nooks and crannies of my rooms that I didn't even know I had and didn't miss anything. Their incredible work ethic and pride in their efforts surpassed anything I have seen in the service industry in decades. As far as the Zerorez technology, its simply mind-blowing! The healthy skepticism I started the day with was gone within the first minutes of watching the cleaning machines in action. I believed the adage that there's nothing new under the sun until I saw Zerorez at work. The cleaning heads worked like a magic wand to do in seconds what would have taken me hours, if I could even achieved those results at all. For the first time in many years, my expectations for exceptional personnel and results from a home services company were exceeded beyond my wildest dreams. After a day to re-inspect Chris and Jason's work, I am even more impressed. I won't tell you how to run your business other than this - whatever you are paying these guys, double it1 I haven't seen the degree of promptness, courtesy, competence and professionalism from a home service company in my lifetime. No harsh chemicals, and the staff is always amazing

I like that you offer several services and I can have my carpets cleaned and my tile floors cleaned in a couple of hours. It's neat, fast, and they do a great job! I didn't realize my carpets and floors were as dirty as they were but wow! what a difference. Both servicemen were very polite and accommodating and I would have them back anytime. One's name was Jacob, he was in training, and the older gentleman's name I forgot. I would highly recommend Zerorez and both servicemen. Thank you

The staff (Leo and Jacob) were incredibly professional explaining what I needed to have done and how it would preserve the carpet for longer life. Also once everything dried the carpet was not "crunchy" like other carpet cleanters.
