This was my second experience with Zerorez, and, like the first, it was superior. The best is how fast the carpet dried. My kitchen tile looks as good as when it was installed a decade ago. At one point, my dog walked across the tile as the tech was spraying. I panicked, but he assured me that the dog was just fine -- and he was. I see Web comparisons saying that Zerorez isn't as good than the warm and fuzzy folks. That certainly has not been my experience. I used the others, and I had wet carpets for days. Zerorez gave me clean carpet and tile done by p0rofessionals. They are my #1.

Very Professional. Both guys were polite and appologized for not being in their arrival time window. They explained everything they were going to do and the carpet looks great. They also gave me a 10% discount for the delay and I did not have to ask for it. They let me know ahead of time they were running late and left it up to me if I wanted to reschedule or have them come out anyway. They put me first.

They are chemical free and the service is great.

The service really works. My carpets are clean and sanitized. I had an elderly pet, who has since passed away, and you guys got out all the urine stains. I thought it would be impossible but Chris recommended the right treatment and my carpets looks like new again.
