The two gentleman that provided our service were highly professional. They worked quickly and kept me aware of what they were doing and asked me to inspect the work before they left. They filled me in on the Zerorez product and asked if I had any questions about the service. I would gladly recommend Zerorez.
Zerorez carpet cleaning and protectant application, spring and fall, has kept our carpet looking new for four years now. The cleaning and application process is fast and dries quickly, with no odor or "crunchy feel" afterward. Money well spent!

I was sorry that even though they tried twice they couldn't get the area wool rug completely cleaned. I had bought it at an estate sale and I think a table sat on a couple of the spots.
