Leon did a great job cleaning my carpets. I liked that carpets didn't get too wet and dried quickly. Leon was very professional and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

The carpet is 12 years old and has had a lot of traffic. Zerorez has left the carpet looking the best it has looked for at least 10 years.

Your service man, Chris was very nice but I was dissatisfied with what was done for the price charged. I was under the impression that my floors would also be sealed not just the grout; so I had to do this myself which cost me additional monies. The grout did come out fairly good but would I use this product again and the answer would have to be NO!!! I have had my carpets done in the past and was satisfied so I would recommend you for carpet cleaning only.

Yesterday, 5/17/16, was the 2nd time we have used zerorez for cleaning our carpet, rugs and sofa(s). Our first service was back in late 2014, so we really needed zerorez!
Our technician, Chris Gales arrive when promised after giving me a call to say he was close by. Even though we were scheduled for an afternoon time slot, he came to our front door and greeted me with a smile and handshake! I really appreciated his patience since we needed multiple areas cleaned on this single visit. He was professional, explained the charges for services, then quickly got to work. He was very thorough on both sofas which had lots of dog hair following an extended visit from our "grand-dog". He then moved on the carpeted bedrooms and was very careful around furniture and side tables, etc. He even took the time to show me an easy way to get up some marbles that had spilled! Bottom line, when we need cleaning of all of the above again, we would not hesitate to call zerorez again! Bonus - prices had not gone up from our original visit 18 mos ago! Hopefully, next call, we will be lucky enough to get Chris Gales as the technician!
