The entire process was efffortless for me! The technician arrived (his name is Santana) he introduced himself , was very courteous and went to work.
He did his work very efficiently and was very knowledgeable about his product and pricing. Santana did a beautiful job.
The prices are a little high for an extra 10x8 walkway and all the add ones, but I'm very happy with the results! Our carpets look great!
I even had him take a large area rug with him for cleaning and may have him take another one back with him when he returns it. I mus add the pricing for cleaning the area rug is very reasonable!
