The gentleman who came to our house and cleaned the carpets and furniture was wonderful. He took his time and asked questions about each piece before he started cleaning. He said that if stains showed back up to just give a call and the company would be happy to come back out and spot clean those areas. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

You very clearly set expectations and explain options with no pressure, and the result meets and exceeds what is promised. I do not worry about chemicals or chemical residue posing a danger to my dogs. Most of all, and this goes for both cleanings I've had, your staff is extremely respectful and empathetic—beyond simply professional, although they are certainly that, but truly kind and good.

The gentleman was a gentleman. The service was completed professionally. I was a little nervous the he took a picture of my credit card -- having been a victim of fraud before. Taking the photo was an unusual procedure in my experience. It would be helpful, in the future, for you to notify customers of that practice in advance.
