I set up the appointment for my mother-in-law because I had used your company in the past and was pleased with the service and the final outcome. As for the appointment for my mother-in-law...the technician that came out was relatively new with your company and my not have been fully aware that you will move furniture weighing 60 pounds or less. He was pretty adamant about not moving anything, but at her insistence, he did. We called because hot wax had been spilled in a corner of the room, it was between a small end table and the wall. The end table is right beside the couch. He did get a little of the wax up and told her how he got it up if she wanted to remove it all. He went on to clean the other rooms and left. Later in the afternoon the carpet had pretty much dried and she noticed that there was a very noticeable spot at the base of her swivel chair that had not been cleaned. So I called back and set up a return appointment. I just got a call from my mother-in-law (she's 84 yrs. old). She said that the person that came out is a general manager and that he got all the wax out of the carpet and also moved the chair where the spot was and also moved the other chair in her living room and cleaned under it as well. She is very pleased now.

Your technician Francisco Santana was polite, personable and eager to ensure my satisfaction with the job. The carpets looked wonderful when he was through. We had one area with some dog urine. The next day I noticed a smell. Francisco called and asked how things were and I mentioned it. He came out within several hours and treated the carpet again. His dedication was impressive. We will most definitely be using Zerorez again and will recommend your company to all our friends.

Timely arrival and clean carpet!

I enjoyed the person who took care of cleaning my carpets.. He really went above and beyond. I cannot comment on the Zerorez quality just yet because I have noticed in the past with other companies that the stains start to come back after about 3 weeks to a month and so I am going to have to wait to give that kind of feedback.. But the man who did the service was excellent and really has great customer service skills.

I was impressed with how clean the high traffic areas of my carpet cleaned up and how quickly it dried and there was no excess water left in the carpet to create a bad smell.

Very little mess and end product looks great.

The Technician worked very hard to remove some stains.
I think I still have some issues with stain, but they are better.

I always get great service from Zerorez and feel the products are safe. The service guys are always able to remove stains and dirt from from rugs and carpets. The tile and grout service I just received was equally impressive.

The two technicians; Art and Santana that came out to clean our carpet was very professional and they both definitely provided excellent customer service. They were VERY thorough and diligent in performing the task at hand. I would specifically request them in the future for carpet cleaning. They are a great representation for your company.

Non toxic and always gets the pet urine out of our carpets

Cleaned very well and was 99% dry by the next morning.

I was extremely pleased at the job that was done. The 2 technicians where prompt, courteous, and knew exactly what they where doing. They even removed an old coffee stain that ran the length of the stairs. Job well done!!!
