Your technician got out some old pet stains in my carpet upstairs - it looks like new, and also got a bad stain out of my bedroom carpet.
Great service. Didn't realize our chairs could shrink or be damaged if cleaned until the technician showed me the tag under the cushions. Many companies would have cleaned for the $. Did a great job cleaning our sofa and area rug.
