The service was remarkable! Santana (Francisco Sigala) was professional, courteous, gracious, and so nice! He cleaned three rooms and all thread carpets look brand new. That was not an easy feat as there had been numerous animals and teenagers raised on them
! He goo out paint and GUM!!! I didn't think it was possible! I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!!!!! I'm so happy with them!

The gentleman that came to clean the carpet was prompt in his arrival and worked the entire time he was here. He covered the process with me and explained all that would be done. He was polite and I was quite comfortable with his presence. I would definitely use zerorez in the future and will recommend the company to friends and family.

no water that soaks into the padding; the carpet is almost dry when you leave (we left on the overhead fans and AC and turned the temperature down a couple of degrees. The rugs were 100% dry w/in about 3 hours). Your tech's are knowledgeable, polite, willing to take the time to discuss the process and what we can do to keep our rugs clean, in addition to providing a general education about keeping rugs sanitary as a general rule - and we already know a lot! Thanks for being excellent at what you do. Your prices are also very competitive, if not better than the competition's

I set up the appointment for my mother-in-law because I had used your company in the past and was pleased with the service and the final outcome. As for the appointment for my mother-in-law...the technician that came out was relatively new with your company and my not have been fully aware that you will move furniture weighing 60 pounds or less. He was pretty adamant about not moving anything, but at her insistence, he did. We called because hot wax had been spilled in a corner of the room, it was between a small end table and the wall. The end table is right beside the couch. He did get a little of the wax up and told her how he got it up if she wanted to remove it all. He went on to clean the other rooms and left. Later in the afternoon the carpet had pretty much dried and she noticed that there was a very noticeable spot at the base of her swivel chair that had not been cleaned. So I called back and set up a return appointment. I just got a call from my mother-in-law (she's 84 yrs. old). She said that the person that came out is a general manager and that he got all the wax out of the carpet and also moved the chair where the spot was and also moved the other chair in her living room and cleaned under it as well. She is very pleased now.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the gentleman who performed our service. (his name started with an A--Arthur???) He was very thorough and our upholstery and carpet came out amazing! I would have never known of you if not for the Matt & Ramona Show.
