I know you don't move furniture, but a couple of our pieces of furniture simply needed to be slid away for him to get to the corner and he did not do that. I think that is a little over-the-top with the rules. Otherwise I like the results

Leon did a great job cleaning my carpets. I liked that carpets didn't get too wet and dried quickly. Leon was very professional and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.
I like the concept that residue is what makes carpets dirty and I like a non-chemical method.
The carpet is 12 years old and has had a lot of traffic. Zerorez has left the carpet looking the best it has looked for at least 10 years.

Your service man, Chris was very nice but I was dissatisfied with what was done for the price charged. I was under the impression that my floors would also be sealed not just the grout; so I had to do this myself which cost me additional monies. The grout did come out fairly good but would I use this product again and the answer would have to be NO!!! I have had my carpets done in the past and was satisfied so I would recommend you for carpet cleaning only.
IT CLEANS WELL, DOESN'T TAKE LONG TO DRY AND IT DOES NOT LEAVE A STICKY RESIDUE.
