The cleaning products actually work to remove tough pet stains and paw prints. Thank goodness for Zerorez! I just saved a ton of money not having to put in hard wood floors since the carpet looks brand new! I really like that they use an enzyme to help with the pet issues, and the upholstery looks great as well. Thank you!

Zerorez always sends great technicians. I am always comfortable with them in our home. They are respectful, professional, and honest. Zerorez has been able to clean things that other companies have not. On the rare occasion that a spot or stain cannot be removed, the technican is honest about the reason.
Technicians are so professional and clean cut. Not what you expect when you think of carpet cleaning. My technician walked me through what he was going to do and even recommended some services that you guys provide that my carpet needs. I felt comfortable enough trusting the technician to lock up after he was done while I was out running errands.
