Service was great. Chris was very knowledgable about the Zerorez product and service lines. He worked with us to make sure the most challenging carpet areas were cleaned as thoroughly as possible. My only negative is that I wish the most heavy-duty cleaning services/products weren't so very expensive. Regular cleaning service seems priced competitively.

My carpets look great and they are 19 years old! All stains simply disappeared with the Zerorez treatment. I was very skeptical about your claims, but I am now a believer! I loved that my carpets were not saturated and they completely dried out in a few hours. Also, there was no unpleasant, artificial fragrance lingering; just a clean and fresh smell.
The service technicians that cleaned my carpets were very impressive. They came in and assessed the job and explained the process and we discussed price. They were dressed very neat and were very respectful to me. Everything was handled in a professional manner. I was really impressed with the two men you sent out to my house. Providing a service without the use of chemicals is why I called but the gentlemen who actually performed the service is why I will continue using ZeroRez. The staff is very professional but also very friendly!
This was my second experience with Zerorez, and, like the first, it was superior. The best is how fast the carpet dried. My kitchen tile looks as good as when it was installed a decade ago. At one point, my dog walked across the tile as the tech was spraying. I panicked, but he assured me that the dog was just fine -- and he was. I see Web comparisons saying that Zerorez isn't as good than the warm and fuzzy folks. That certainly has not been my experience. I used the others, and I had wet carpets for days. Zerorez gave me clean carpet and tile done by p0rofessionals. They are my #1.

Very Professional. Both guys were polite and appologized for not being in their arrival time window. They explained everything they were going to do and the carpet looks great. They also gave me a 10% discount for the delay and I did not have to ask for it. They let me know ahead of time they were running late and left it up to me if I wanted to reschedule or have them come out anyway. They put me first.
