We have 2 young kids and 2 large dogs and most of the troubled areas looked great after and still do 2 weeks later. One of the worst ares was where my 2 year old spilt dark purple nail polish on our speckled off white carpet. We had basically covered it up thinking it wasn't ever coming out. The results were amazing! There is now only a light/faint shade of violet, but you'd never know if you didn't see it before. And it was treated and cleaned without any request or prompting from us. We will definitely be using you again in 9-12 months and have already referred others.

Professionalism. The technician Peter was great on calling ahead, being there when he said he thought he'd be, and spending time to explain the process. The van was clearly marked and appealing. Peter was clean cut and wearing a uniform. This started the meeting off on the right foot. Very pleased!

The company representatives who came to our home were very professional. They surveyed the work to be done and quickly set about doing it. They were informative and very efficient in their work. We have been told about the difficulty with desired results in "high traffic areas" before but we were very pleased with the results provided by the Zeroez process. We had two area where spills had occurred some time ago and they were cleaned up beyond our expectations. The work done was at a reasonable price and the representatives confirmed our phone estimates before the work was started. We highly recommend Zerorez.

Professional technicians got in and got out, no time wasting. I ordered special treatments on my carpets and the technician fully and clearly explained everything including the price. There were no surprises. My carpet looks beautiful, was soft to walk on as soon as it dried, which was quickly. Other carpet cleaning services left our carpet clean looking but it felt crusty under bare feet after it dried. Zero Rez cleaning left the carpets clean and soft. The technicians also got up stains another carpet cleaner told me could not be removed.

The carpet is soft and not sticky. It didn't take hours and hours to dry. Personnel were clean, polite and professional. When we had a small problem, you came back the day after we called and fixed it.

I have used other carpet cleaners before and this was the first time trying Zerorez. The difference was remarkable...both with the results of my clean carpet and the professional service representatives that were sent out by zerorez.

Our experience was wonderful due to our service rep Peter. I was slightly discouraged when our 1-5 window was pushed back to a 5:45-6:00 arrival. However Peter was fantastic to work with he was meticulous in detail on the rough stains and upholstery. He stayed here well into the evening to make sure the job was completed. We would definitely recommend this company and continue to use Peter in the future !
