I am very satisfied with my like new carpet. I had another cleaning company out the service my carpet and 1 hour later and 100.00 dollars later I and my husband were walking around looking and shaking our heads in disgust. I called and had them reduce the cost from 150.00 to 100.00 instead of them returning the next day to "fix" the problem. They were also supposed to clean an upholstered chair and did not bring the correct equiptment, so they were to come back anyway. I refused. It cost me 250.00 to get my carpet cleaned all in all. The next time I know who to call and will of course get superior service. Way to go Zerorez!!! Thank you very much.

Justin did a very good job and was very professional and efficient. The carpets were cleaned well without any chemical odor. He was not at all pushy about trying to sell further services or products, just offered.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. His work was outstanding.
The only complaint I have is that the end cost was twice what I had been quoted over the phone. I suggest you train your operators much more carefully when giving estimates. A $50 dollar difference is one thing, but a $300 dollar difference is way over what a customer should expect. I am not complaining one bit about the service, but your pricing information needs major improvement.

The results are amazing. We had our couches cleaned after many times of cleaning them ourselves with a personal steam cleaner. Our couches look brand new,and I don't have to worry about any chemicals attracting more dirt.
