The technician's service was very professional and efficient. The results were amazing. The wall to wall carpet is cream and with 4 dogs and Carolina red clay, it's hard to keep clean! This was our first experience with Zerorez and the results were far more than we expected. Additionally, there was no excessively soaked carpet when it was finished. We will have Zerorez back.

Technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about carpet and furniture cleaning. He worked hard to get out deep carpet stains in a carpet that had not been cleaned in over 8 years.
