Our technician was fantastic. So helpful and friendly!

I liked that it didn't really feel wet and it was basically ready to walk on the next day. There was no strong chemical smell.

Very professional called to let me know arrival time. Carpet feels so much softer so like the idea of no soap. If I had a complaint it was making the appointment with what seemed to be a answering service. Young girl but seemed to be in a hurry. Also no one called me 24 hours b4 to confirm so I called and they did not even have the street number so don't know how that would have been handled if I had not called.

The service provided by the technician, Tyler, was courteous and professional. He offered the extras without pressure and he provided the service that I needed. The work that he put into the upholstery was impressive to watch (it was a lot of work). All the floors were very clean and key stain areas were fixed. Thanks to Tyler for his hard work.

We like the fact that the process is environmentally friendly and no harsh chemicals are used. The process left out carpet and tile as clean as new. We especially liked the promptness of the service and the knowledgeable and courteous technician.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very professional and accommodating when he saw that I had 3 young children to keep out of the way. He answered my questions and I was very impressed with how much better zero Rez cleaned our carpet compared to traditional carpet cleaners that we hired in the past. He even got out some old stains from the pervious owners! I will definitely call you again!
