clean without chemicals
We first used Zerorez about six months ago. The service techs were on time, respectful, courteous, friendly, neat and efficient, finishing three rooms of very thick carpet and living and dining room upholstery in a few hours. Because the weather was cool and damp, the carpets were a bit slow to dry -- taking overnight.
For our second cleaning, this week, one tech completed the carpets in one hour. He advised that the cooler the A/C setting, the faster the carpet would dry. I set the thermostat for 68 degrees F. Our carpets were dry within six hours, as he estimated.
Because our home is small (1400sf), we boarded our dog overnight last fall, so that he stayed out of the way and off the carpet while it dried. That was unnecessary this time. In a larger home, or one with a basement or other uncarpeted space, that would not be necessary.
About a month ago, I spilled an entire cup of strong, black coffee in the middle of the living room, leaving a huge dark stain. Fortunately, we had added the special carpet protection to our order last time. That stain is history!
We are very happy with Zerorez. No need to look elsewhere for carpet and upholstery cleaning!
