I like that the company called ahead to remind me of my appointment time, and then called earlier to say that they had a cancellation and ask if I would like to have them come eat an earlier time. The gentleman that came to clean the carpet was courteous and was prompt and did a great job.

Gets carpets clean!

Our carpets are clean and fresh smelling and our technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable regarding all of the services.....would definately use Zerorez in the future for all of our cleaning needs.

The service was performed on the time and date as stated. The service tech, Brian, called advising me he was in the neighborhood, was very professional, answered any of my questions and concerns and did an excellent job on the carpets . The carpets look new and the home feels and smells fresher. Great job done.
