Loved the people who actually cleaned my carpet. Prompt and very professional. Did NOT like dealing with Jennifer who answered the phone. Could not deal with her and she would not work with me on anything. If there was anything negative other than Jennifer it was the way it was suggested to me they could clean an area rug while they were there. (whichI thought at the time was very nice) My problem was that I should have been more proactive and found out what the cost of that was. $47.00 which took my bill from 129.00 for the promotion to 186.00 which I was not planing on spending hence the promotion I was looking for. I guess I know better but was somewhat shocked concerning it was an area rug.

there was no chemical smell and it was safe for my family & pets to stay in the home that same night. usually when I have the rugs cleaned I have to open all the windows & stay away for at least a day. The representative Peter was really nice & professional as well. I will definitely be using your services again.

Zerorez showed up exactly at the scheduled time.
The two service people were very friendly and answered all my questions even as the cleaning was in process.
The carpets are clean and they dried quite quickly.
The price was reasonable for the excellent service rendered.

Fast efficient and friendly

Our carpets have not looked this good in years!! We had them cleaned about 5 weeks ago by another carpet cleaning company and was not happy at all with their service. The carpets had a sticky feel to them afterward and looked no different than before the cleaning. All the spots and marks on the carpets were still there after the cleaning.

The Zerorez guy that cleaned our carpets was outstanding!! He explained everything to us and really took his time to address our concerns. He did an awesome job cleaning our carpets and especially the carpets on the stairs. He gave extra attention to previously recurring stains. They are gone and have not appeared again!

We will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend to all our friends. 10 out of 10!

Non chemical and leaves no residue. Love the peroxide technology. Orange pre-treat smells great. Also they cleaned the risers on our stairs. Carpet looks fantastic. Justin was very professional and super friendly.
