Charlie was great. He offered me the deep clean add on without being pushy, was very knowledgeable and gladly let my little kids follow him around asking questions. On time, and very quick. My carpets were brought back to life and are soft and fluffy again. 5 Stars, highly recommend!

Very professional and thorough. I had 19 year old Berber carpeting that recently had some pet bio and odor. They cleaned the carpet and applyed the pet treatment. You would not no there was ever an issue and carpet looks like new! Loved not having the ‘crinclke’ when walking on it dry! I would definitely recommend Zerorez. Anthony was very thorough in understanding what was needed, asking clarifying questions and providing recommended treatment. My only regret is that I did not call Zerorez sooner! 👣
