The whole experience was great. Kind customer service over the phone, quick cleaning, and was not pressured to purchase pet removal, which is something I wasn't sure I'd need. My carpet looks and smells amazing!
No chemicals. No crunchy carpet afterwards.
They worked rapidly and did a good job. The carpets are the cleanest they have been since they were installed. Only some of the fringe areas are still dark.

Zerorez did a fantastic job on our carpet and tile!! The carpet in the bedroom was a very high traffic area with stains from shoes working in a kitchen and restaurant and the stains are completely gone! Our tile and the grout look like brand new and it is 15 years old!! I’m very happy and impressed with their service and recommend them to everyone.
