I liked that there were no chemical.
I like that there weren't a lot of chemicals, the empowered water did a fabulous job on our stains. The technician was polite, professional and very helpful. He did an excellent job in a fabulously reasonable amount of time! The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent - I would recommend it to anyone!
