I like that there are no harsh chemicals being used. My carpet felt soft, after cleaning. The cleaning was timely, and the machines were much quieter than other carpet cleaners. The pet treatment worked really well. I had a couple of stains on the floor, and they can no longer be seen. The technician whose name was Art was very friendly, and explained everything before starting. The pricing was a pleasant surprise also. You guys are great!
