Good work, but was expecting a really fresh scent in the carpet when done. Unfortunately, there is none. That's contrary to all the radio commercials running. Also the prices for an area rug is ridiculous: $50?!!!!

I liked the degree of attention Justin gave to the project. He got out a light to detect urine stains and then got down on his hands and knees to detect any odors. He went above and beyond. In addition, he explained what he was doing as he went along. Thanks for your wonderful service!
