It's very rare that everything goes so smoothly when having anything done in/to my house. The entire process with Zerorez went smoothly and I can't complain about a thing. The technicians were patient, polite, courteous, and always made sure to be upfront about the costs of additional services and the total bill before proceeding so that there were no surprises at the end. They also made sure to walk us through the house to make sure we were completely happy with the work they'd done and then took the time to address every question we had before leaving. I will definitely use them in the future.
