Kevin is a wonderful carpet cleaner. He had a pleasant positive attitude and is very knowledgeable. He worked hard, was focused and personable at the same time. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my sculpted off white carpet.
The price of the service, though, is quite high for my budget so I'll only be able to use the service once every one or two years. I wanted to have my loveseat and sofa cleaned but the price was almost as much as I'd paid for the furniture (used in perfect condition), So unfortunately I couldn't do them.
My experience with Zerorez didn’t start out very good. Art was great when he came out. Justin called me and made things right and he was excellent when he came out to clean the tile. The next time I need my floors cleaned I will be calling Zerorez back.

Zerorez did a fantastic job on our carpet and tile!! The carpet in the bedroom was a very high traffic area with stains from shoes working in a kitchen and restaurant and the stains are completely gone! Our tile and the grout look like brand new and it is 15 years old!! I’m very happy and impressed with their service and recommend them to everyone.
