Very professional, thorough and friendly. The two gentlemen that came to my home were very respectful. Hand shakes upon opening the door -then they put their "booties" on as soon as they crossed my threshold and walked the areas discussing the process and answering any questions. When they were done, I was asked for paper towel so they could wipe up a few tiny drips of water that were on the floor. Very happy with the overall service, the best customer service I have ever had from inception to completion.

carpet was not soggy after the cleaning; all the stains seemed to come out of the carpet.

Art listened to my concerns and addressed them. He wore shoe covers, did not use our water from inside our home, covered the front door to help minimize energy loss, did not dispose of the dirty water down my driveway, spoke professionally, did not smoke outside my home or smell of smoke, did not make himself at home in one of my bathrooms, and finally... did not leave my carpet with a soapy residue!!!
