I contacted Zerorez to come clean a braided, wool rug my mother made with my grandmother in 1949. I wanted to surprise my mother when she came to visit, but I was on a compressed time schedule.
Justin and Kevin arrived to save the day! They were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and most of all, genuinely interested in cleaning and treating my heirloom rug.
Instead of cleaning it on-site, as I expected, Justin said they wanted to take it to the shop to give it the proper care it needed. The two gentlemen took the rug with them and brought it back three days later - and what an amazing transformation!
I can't thank Justin, Kevin and the entire Zerorez team for their service, professionalism and kindness. They treated my rug like it was their family heirloom!
I look forward to working with Zerorez for years to come - the suggested annual cleaning will ensure we can enjoy the rug for many years and pass it on to the next generation.
