The first tech arrived ahead of scheduled time (which was great!) but once he got to my home his machine had issues. So he had to leave. I thought I would get a call later to reschedule for another day, but to my surprise they sent another tech out! He came out still during the window I had been given for service. My floors were cleaned quickly and look great!! Both techs were nice and courtesy. I’ll be using this company again!
