carpet was not soggy after the cleaning; all the stains seemed to come out of the carpet.

Art listened to my concerns and addressed them. He wore shoe covers, did not use our water from inside our home, covered the front door to help minimize energy loss, did not dispose of the dirty water down my driveway, spoke professionally, did not smoke outside my home or smell of smoke, did not make himself at home in one of my bathrooms, and finally... did not leave my carpet with a soapy residue!!!

So far the pet treatment seems to have worked pretty well. The scent isn't completely removed, however, the tech did inform me prior to that due to the severity in certain areas, it may require a level 2 treatment. I am pleased with the job and love the fact there is no residue.

I received a call confirming appointment, call 15 minutes before arrival time. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Made suggestions on other areas they could clean that I was not aware of, without over selling. Carpets looked great, no odor, no mess. Just great service all the way around.
