I can not say enough about what incredible service we received from our technician Mark Munoz! He arrived on time, was extremely polite and helpful, worked hard and fast and did an incredibly thorough job on our carpets!!! He got into every nook and cranny and made sure he didn’t miss anything! We are extremely, extremely happy with the job he did and will definitely be using Zerorez again and will be requesting him for our next job!

Great employees. Friendly and very professional.

How clean and fresh smelling the area alright become.

The whole process was seamless, I made my appointment on line, requested a specific date , received a call they would come between specific hours and they did!

Our technician, Art, was perfect, he pretreated the carpet, (which is included in the cleaning price), cleaned the carpet, turned off all the lights and turned on the fans to help with the drying.
He was professional, listened to my concerns about the very dirty areas, and did a fantastic job.
My carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend the company (and I already have).

Friendly, easy to schedule, great job, great product! Was able to walk on the carpet 6 hours later, and no "chemical smell" which usually comes with most carpet cleaning.

I have used Zerorez 3 times now and referred them to other friends and family. They are very quick, leave the carpet clean (no stains come back), and are very reasonably priced. Everyone I speak with from time to set appointment to the time of the cleaning is very professional and polite! Thank you!
