Very professional and went out of their way to help me move furniture to get the rugs. The rugs that were returned thus far came neatly rolled and in plastic and they look like new! (the rugs were a light color and quite dirty).

Our service was great!! The technician was very well informed. We had carpet and tile cleaned. Was very pleased with both. However some places in the tile where the grout was, after it dried, wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. For the amount of money for the tile don’t know if I would do that again but definitely the carpet later
