The service is good and the technicians want to be sure you are satisfied with their work and that it was done satisfactorily.
I had high hopes for this carpet cleaning, but I am not sure that it was worth the price...not sure if i got all that I was quoted.

Your tech did a great job. She was there right at 8:00. My wife and I was amazed at how good the carpet looked after she was done. I didn't think the stains in the carpet would come out like they did. The chair and ottoman look like they are brand new. I am a broker in Real Estate. I will definitely recommend to my clients that they use you before they replace carpeting.
Clean and spots removed and the dogs don’t puke after carpet has been cleaned as they have in the past! Also not a lot of residue left in carpet.

A little expensive on the stairs, but tech was great.
My carpets dried very quickly and they were clean and soft. The service was fast and the tech was very friendly and thorough.
The cleaner did not show us a test spot, explain the process or how it works, talk about fiber protection or the 30 day guarantee, or do a walkthrough at the end.

Carpets came out looking great! Our ZeroRez cleaner was wonderful and took his time working on the stained area! Everyone I spoke with was so helpful! Helped get things moved around same day to accommodate our daughter’s concert. Would highly recommend to anyone!
